DentaQuest values the support of our community partners to help promote access to dental care and the importance of oral health to Health First Colorado (Colorado's Medicaid Program) and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) members. The following educational materials can be distributed electronically or printed by providers and community organizations.

National Children's Dental Health Month Promotional Kits

DentaQuest values the support of our community partners to help promote access to dental care and the importance of oral health to Health First Colorado/Medicaid and Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+) members. We offer a range of educational materials for both children and adults. These are available at no cost. You can preview items before placing an order. Just click on the item name in the list below to view a sample. Then provide your contact and shipping information, enter the quantity for the items you’re requesting, and click submit. Materials are available while supplies last. Please limit orders to the minimum quantity needed.
