Tufts Health Plan Senior Care Options (SCO) is a nationally recognized health plan for individuals ages 65 or older who qualify for MassHealth Standard (Medicaid). To qualify, you must:

be age 65 or older;
be eligible for MassHealth Standard;
be a Massachusetts resident living in the service area; and
not be enrolled in any other comprehensive health insurance (except Medicare).
