DentaQuest values the support of our community partners to help promote access to dental care and the importance of oral health to Cardinal Care Smiles members. The following educational materials can be distributed electronically or printed by providers and community organizations.

Cardinal Care Smiles Promotional Materials

DentaQuest values the support of our community partners to help promote access to dental care and the importance of oral health to Cardinal Care Smiles members. We offer a range of educational materials for members. These are available at no cost. You can preview items before placing an order. Just click on the item name in the list above to view a sample. Then provide your contact and shipping information, enter the quantity for the items you’re requesting, and click submit. Materials are available while supplies last. Orders will be limited to 50 items.
