Become a Trading Partner

Running an efficient practice means establishing processes that simplify administration, claims management and reimbursement. When you become a DentaQuest trading partner, you will be able to exchange HIPAA files directly with DentaQuest. Submit 837D batch claim files, receive 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) and more.

835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)

You must be a Trading Partner to sign up for ERA. If you have a Trading Partner ID already, simply complete the online ERA enrollment form. If you are new, we cannot process the ERA application until you complete and send us a Trading Partner Profile.

Enroll in ERA

Providers accepting plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, Dental Care Plus Group (DCPG) and EyeQuest vision providers, must complete a different ERA form.
