How to Avoid Gum Disease

Do not smoke or chew tobacco.

Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day. One time should be at bedtime.

Floss your teeth every day.

See your dentist regularly. Always be on time for your appointments. If you cannot keep your appointment call the dentist at least 1 day ahead of time.
