How to Register for Direct Deposits/EFTs Direct deposits are the fastest, easiest, and safest method of receiving claim payments. Once your claim has been correctly submitted and processed, the payment will be deposited in your bank account within 3 business days. You will no longer receive EOBs in the mail, you must access them from the provider web portal. You can register as follows: Provider Web Portal: Log into your account at https://provideraccess.dentaquest.com/. From the navigation tab on the Home Page, select Manage Practice → EFT → Fill out the form and attach a voided check → Submit. If you haven’t registered on the portal already, please do so at https://provideraccess.dentaquest.com/ by selecting the “I don’t have an account yet” option.
