It is important to have your contact information updated with Massachusetts MassHealth (Medicaid) to ensure you receive up to date information about your Medicaid coverage.

How can I update my contact information to continue my Medicaid coverage?

  • Log in to Your Massachusetts Benefits account online.
  • Don’t have an online account? You can easily create one.
2. Mobile App 3. Mail
  • Massachusetts MassHealth Medicaid may have sent you a Medicaid renewal form in the mail. You can update your information by logging into your account or calling Massachusetts MassHealth Medicaid. If you did receive your renewal form, complete, sign, and mail the form to the listed address. Or, print the form available online, then sign and return your information in as soon as possible to make sure you keep your Medicaid benefits.
4. Fax
  • Complete, sign, and fax the Massachusetts MassHealth Medicaid renewal form you received in the mail to 617-847-1204.

  • Call 800-841-2900 toll-free or if you are the state of Massachusetts, dial 2-1-1.
What do I do if I received an email to update my benefits, but I already updated my information?
If you received a “Notice of Benefit Denial or Reduction” letter from Massachusetts Medicaid, and the letter asked you for more information, submit your information soon using one of the ways listed above.
