Start Using Your DentaQuest Benefits
It’s important to start using your benefits right away. Getting regular dental care will help keep teeth and gums healthy. Regular care can also help prevent future dental problems.

Overview of Benefits
Dental benefits for children and young adults (under age 21):

  • Exams and cleanings every six (6) months
  • Fluoride treatments
  • X-rays
  • Screenings and assessments
  • Sealants, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals and emergency dental services
Dental benefits for adults (age 21 and up) are limited to services related to dentures or removable prosthodontics.

4 Quick Tips for Using Your Benefits
Here are some things you can do to help you and your family get dental care.

2. Call your family’s dental home and schedule an appointment.
You can find the name of your/your child(ren)'s dental home on your ID card.
 
3. Register for the secure member website.

4. Find a dentist. 
Use the Find a Dentist tool to find a dentist close to where you live. You can search by last name, specialty, distance from your home and more.


Your Family's Dental Home
Your dental home is a dentist you or your child sees regularly every six months. A dental home will provide the care your family needs to stay healthy.

You can find the name of your dental home on your ID card. If you don’t have your ID card, you can find the name of your Dental Home on the secure Member Website.

You can always pick a new dental home. We make that easy for you. You can change your/your child(ren)'s dental home these ways:
