Update Your Dental Information
It is important to have your contact information updated with the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS) to ensure you receive up to date information about your Medicaid coverage.
How can I update my Medicaid coverage?
1. Online
Log in to create your Georgia Medicaid Gateway account to quickly and easily report any information that has changed from your last application or renewal.
2. Mail
Georgia Medicaid may have sent you a Medicaid renewal form in the mail. If you have not received this, your contact information may be out of date. You can update your information by logging into your account or calling Georgia Medicaid. If you did receive your renewal form, complete, sign, and mail the form to the listed address. Or, print the form available online, then sign and return your information in as soon as possible to make sure you keep your Medicaid benefits.
3. Call
Contact DHS Customer Service at 1-877-423-4746.
What do I do if I received an email to update my benefits?
Georgia Medicaid recipients can take action now. Through your Gateway account, you can make sure that your information is up to date. This includes your phone number, address, job or income, and number of people in your household. You should do this even if you have already updated your information. Recipients are also encouraged to opt-in for paperless notifications for the timely alerts.
What if I don’t update my information?
You may lose access to your current health care benefits if you do not respond by the deadline.
