How to set up your Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) with DentaQuest

To submit electronically:

  • 1. Have an electronic file of a voided check with your preferred banking information ready (you can get this by scanning a voided check or asking your bank if they can provide you with one)
  • 2. Go to
  • 3. Follow the instructions to Create a Health First Colorado Dental Program Provider User Account
  • 4. Once your account is created, go to, and click on the New Portal Login link under “Dentists Page”
  • 5. Follow the instructions under Practice Management to submit your EFT information
