Attention IL Medicaid Providers: As a result of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE), revalidations that were due in calendar year 2020 were paused. Starting on September 3, 2024, all providers will be required to revalidate based upon their enrollment date. IL Medicaid providers are required to revalidate with IMPACT every 5 years. HFS will be sending notices via email to all providers 90 calendar days prior to their IL Medicaid Enrollment end date and a second notice will be sent via email 30 calendar days prior to their revalidation end date. Please be on the lookout for these notices and follow all instructions. Please refer to IMPACT's website for Step-by-step instructions and FAQ or call the Provider Enrollment Center at 877-782-5565. Failure to revalidate will result in termination.

Get Paid Faster with Direct Deposit
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) which is commonly referred to as direct deposit, is the fastest, easiest and safest way to receive your claim payments. After a claim is successfully submitted, funds will be deposited within 3 business days. Your remittance will be available online in the Provider Web Portal and no longer mailed to you.
How to Enroll
- Go to the self registration page and create a Provider User Account.
- Next, log in to, or register for the provider portal at govservices.dentaquest.com
- From the main menu, select administration → Electronic Funds Transfer. Fill out the form, upload a copy of a voided check with your banking information and submit.
You will receive a confirmation notification with a Request Number after successfully completing the form. Please allow up to five business days for processing.
