Roxanne Martinez is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for DentaQuest, the nation’s leading purpose-driven oral health organization with a mission to improve the oral health of all. Headquartered in Boston, MA, with locations across the country, DentaQuest provides outcomes-based, cost-effective dental solutions for Medicaid and CHIP, Medicare Advantage, small and large businesses, and individuals nationwide.
DentaQuest now manages dental and vision benefits for 30+ million Americans in 30 states and direct patient care through a network of more than 80 oral health centers in six states. And its membership and national provider footprint continue to grow.
Roxanne leads the human resources and workplace services organization, with responsibilities for compensation and benefits; diversity, equity and inclusion; employee experience; talent acquisition, talent management and talent services, including real estate, for DentaQuest, its affiliated companies and approximately 2,800 employees.
Before joining DentaQuest in 2019, Roxanne served as the Senior Vice President and Talent Officer for the U.S. region of Liberty Mutual’s Global Retail Markets business. She previously held multiple human resources leadership positions in each of Liberty Mutual’s core business lines, as well as responsibilities for the company’s talent acquisition function. Earlier in her career, Roxanne served as a human resources management consultant and professional at companies including State Street, EMD Serono and Allaire/Macromedia.
Roxanne received her Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Brandeis University and J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.
