Bob Lynn is Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Network Officer for DentaQuest, the nation’s leading purpose-driven oral health organization with a mission to improve the oral health of all. Headquartered in Boston, MA, with locations across the country, DentaQuest provides outcomes-based, cost-effective dental solutions for Medicaid and CHIP, Medicare Advantage, small and large businesses, and individuals nationwide.
DentaQuest now manages dental and vision benefits for 30+ million Americans in 30 states and direct patient care through a network of more than 80 oral health centers in six states. And its membership and national provider footprint continue to grow. Bob has played a critical role in growing DentaQuest’s business and reputation in the health care industry for more than 20 years.
Bob’s objective is to help develop cost-effective dental programs for clients that enhance the health outcomes of the members they serve. He has a strong track record of working closely with clients to develop the kinds of dental programs that best address their individual goals, challenges and strengths. His responsibilities intersect with nearly every aspect of DentaQuest’s business, and he is charged with ensuring company-wide alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
Bob joined DentaQuest in 1996 and is the company’s most tenured employee. Before DentaQuest, he sold laboratory testing services at SmithKline Beecham, now GlaxoSmithKline, and served as Head of Business Development at American Medical Security in Green Bay, WI.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance at Texas A&M. He lives in Menomonee Falls, WI with his wife Gwen. They have three children.
