Employee Resource Groups

All DentaQuest employees are welcome to join any or all Employee Resource Groups (ERGs). ERGs provide forums for employees to gather and share ideas outside of their regular business roles. As part of our DentaQuest support system, ERG members and allies foster awareness and respect, and promote our enterprise goal of fair inclusion.
 

DentaQuest Asian Americans in Action
Asian Americans in Action (A3) is a group of employees who are interested in sharing and learning about Asian American culture through events, networking and community-based volunteering. The group also collaborates to discover ways to assist DentaQuest Asian American members and providers. 

DentaQuest Adelante Hispanic Employee Resource Group
Adelante Hispanic Employee Resource Group is an employee-led group focused on promoting diversity, cultural awareness and the advancement of all members regardless of race or ethnicity. The group is open to all DentaQuest employees regardless of Hispanic or Latino descent. Bienvenidos aliados!

DentaQuest African American Network
Our African American Network (DAAN) is a group of allies and employees who belong to the African, Caribbean, Pacific Islands and South American communities. The group collaborates to spread awareness of social injustices and policy issues that impact communities and the workplace. 

Women Empowered at DentaQuest
Our Women’s Committee (WE@DQ) empowers and unites women across the company by creating a forum to support one another across a multitude of women's issues.

DentaQuest UN1TY
UN1TY is a group of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer employees and their allies. The group collaborates to foster a more inclusive environment for all employees, to educate internal and external stakeholders about issues that impact our LGBTQ community.

DentaQuest Veterans Engagement Team
The Veterans Engagement Team (VET) is a group of employees who are current, former or retired military service members, military family members and their allies. This group works to connect, inspire and support military veterans with professional and career development.
