EVP, Chief Sales Officer
For the past 20 years, Bob has played a critical role in maintaining and growing DentaQuest’s business and reputation in the health care industry. Working his way up through the professional ranks of the company over that time, he has cultivated a well-regarded expertise in developing government administrative and commercial programs that meet and exceed the goals and needs of clients. Now part of senior management at DentaQuest, Bob’s objective is to help develop cost-effective dental programs for clients that enhance the health outcomes of the members they serve.
Bob leads the Sales and Marketing departments of DentaQuest’s national business and oversees all client and provider engagement and new business implementation. His responsibilities intersect with nearly every aspect of DentaQuest business, and he is charged with ensuring company-wide alignment with DentaQuest’s overall strategic goals.
Bob places a premium on relationship building in his business dealings, and he maintains strong ties with new and existing clients. While he has been instrumental in building a company that has now grown to serve over 23 million members, Bob and his team firmly believe that this success is predicated on catering to clients and their specific needs on a one-on-one basis. In this respect, Bob offers clients the benefits of a large company with an unrivaled degree of experience and depth of knowledge, along with the individual treatment and attention to detail more often associated with smaller businesses.
Bob is intimately familiar with all market segments, including Medicaid, Medicare, dual eligibles, marketplace, commercial and vision. Appreciative of the broad and diverse spectrum of needs among various clients, Bob has a strong track record of working closely with clients to develop the kinds of dental programs that best address their individual goals, challenges and strengths.
