DentaQuest Appoints Executive Director of New Impact Integration Group
Dan Williams to lead integration of philanthropy, science into oral health benefits, care delivery
BOSTON, MA –As part of its commitment to driving forward person-centered care, DentaQuest has appointed Dan Williams as executive director of its Impact Integration Group, a new team that completes the recently created internal Impact Organization.
As the first in this role, Williams will lead a team tasked with identifying and integrating evidence-based strategies into new and existing business models, products, and services at DentaQuest. With the company’s investments in philanthropy, science, and technology, the Impact Integration Group will help transform how DentaQuest delivers person-centered oral health benefits and care.

Williams joins the existing Impact leadership team, which includes Chief Impact Officer Brian Souza, DentaQuest Foundation Executive Director Dr. Mike Monopoli, DentaQuest Institute Executive Director Tequila Terry, and DentaQuest Oral Health Center President Dr. Brian Novy.

Williams comes to DentaQuest with 25 years of experience in industrial and experience design including technology and innovation strategies for consumer-oriented companies. This includes leadership at Motorola, where his work influenced design for mobile phones, messaging, and radio products. His teams have received recognition and awards from I.D. Magazine and Business Week, and he has been awarded 50 patents for his work in computer, medical and mobile products. In 2005, he was honored as New England Business & Technology Association’s Innovator of the Year. Prior to joining DentaQuest, Dan also held lead design roles at Reebok, Konarka Technologies, and most recently, Isabella Products.
