Mike Enright,

Director of Commercial Sales

With a father who helped set up some of the first HMOs in the country, Mike has been steeped in the health care industry for his entire life.  As Director of Commercial Sales for DentaQuest, he follows in his father’s footsteps by working with clients to develop innovative and cost-effective programs that ensure top-notch health outcomes.
 
Prior to joining DentaQuest in 2011, Mike served in a number of senior sales positions at companies such as American Medical Security, Inc. and Assurant Health.  With over 30 years of experience in the health care field, Mike has established himself as a trusted voice among his colleagues and peers, and his long-standing emphasis on relationship building has fueled a network of contacts that he leverages to help create positive results for his clients.   
 
Mike places a priority on developing dental programs that reduce costs through the use of data analytics, prevention and early detection, and medical-dental integration.  Subscribing to the theory that as much funding as possible should be directed toward member care, he works with clients to minimize administrative expenses and to develop streamlined programs that best meet their individual needs and priorities.
 
In the competitive health care industry, Mike recognizes how innovation can set you apart from others, and he works closely with clients to develop programs that leverage DentaQuest’s unique knowledge and experience as one of the largest dental administrators in the country.  He views his relationships with new, existing and potential clients as true partnerships, and he works to develop solution-oriented initiatives that help them maintain and grow their membership.
 
Mike believes that dental and vision benefits can be a powerful retention tool for clients, and can help prevent against membership lapse when bundled with medical benefits.  That said, he appreciates the folly of a “one-size-fits-all” approach, and he understands that programs need to be thoughtfully developed and implemented in order to maximize their efficacy and efficiency.  In this respect, he cites DentaQuest’s willingness to try new things as one of the main reasons for his professional success.
